Welcome to the Adoption From Russia website. We are delighted you have chosen to become part of an excellent program that will enable you to adopt a child/children from Russia. Since 1995 we have placed
over 100 Russian orphans with families in Ireland.
Oleg, Director of Executive Consulting Services, is based in Moscow, and facilitates adoptions in all our regions. He supervises
co-ordinators living in each of our regions. Oleg also co-ordinates the in-country trip for each family.
