Oleg, Director of Executive Consulting Services, is a US and Russian citizen based in Moscow, and facilitates adoptions in all our regions. He supervises co-ordinators living in each of our regions. Oleg also co-ordinates the in-country trip for each family.

Executive Consulting Services, LLC. Established in the USA in 1996. First adoption from Russia was done in 1996 for USA customers. First adoption for families from Ireland was done in 1998. Since then over 200 adoptions from Russia to Ireland were completed. The company provides consultations to Irish people wishing to successfully adopt from Russia. Full presence in Russia enables us to deal with any last minute changes in case status and to monitor adoption process in general.
