Frequently Ask Questions (FAQs) Q1 How do I find a notary public? Q 2 How soon should I complete my dossier? Q3 What do I do with my dossier after I complete the forms? Q4 What do I do with my Health Board Commitment Letter?
A1 You should note that not all solicitors are notary public. You can check with your local solicitor, the Golden Pages and their website - click here A2 It is advisable to get your dossier of blank forms when you know your declaration is on the way. The medical form and the Garda Clearance forms can take some time so we would advise you to commence with them first. Please remember that these forms will be out of date after three months so it is important not to let the doctor date the form (medical) until as close as possible to sending the forms to Russia. A3 When the forms have been completed make two copies, have the original plus one copy notarised and apostiled. Keep the third copy for your records. Make an appointment at the Russian Embassy to have notarised and apostiled documents certified and to get a cover letter from the Embassy. You are now ready to send your documents to Russia. A4 Attach it to the Consulate Registration form in the dossier. It is also relevant to the Agency Covenant form.
