3 Sending Dossier to Russia

Make two copies of all your documents and make a copy for your own records. The original plus one complete set of documents must be notarised and apostiled. A solicitor will act as notary however not all solicitors are notaries. Your solicitor will be able to guide you. Apostiling is done by the department of Justice in Dublin. You will then contact the Russian Embassy and make an appointment to get your documents registered, they will also give you a cover letter which you will send to Russia with your two dossiers. 

Send the Dossier to Russia to the name and address given as part of the package.
