4 First Trip to Russia When a referral has been received you will plan your first trip to Russia. You will get 10 to 12 days notice before your trip. Oleg will issue a letter of invitation and you will get your visa from the Russian Embassy. Generally the trip is 2-5 business days. You will split your time between Moscow and the Region. Oleg will organise all the in country arrangements for your visit.
